Charter member of a national organization representing the interests of employees in all stages of the workplace relationship. Selected by leadership to incorporate and secure tax exempt status for Workplace Fairness formerly know as the National Employment Rights Institute (NERI). PERSONAL
When he is not litigating, he enjoys photography, baking, swimming and cycling. He has and continues to be actively involved with his synagogue and also
served
as a Director on its Board. He is a Committee Member. In addition, he acts as a volunteer admissions officer for his Alma matter, Clark University, interviewing students for admission and eligibility for scholarships and awards.
Mr. Weiss has conducted investigations in Los Angeles and Alameda Counties. He has litigated in Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo, Kern, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties. Within Los Angeles County, this includes Encino, Van Nuys, Pasadena, Century City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, downtown and South Los Angeles and the beach cities.
